Caily has been working with Mike Croskery 3 years. He holds a Master of Science in Human Kinetics specializing in Biomechanics and is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a CSEP High Performance Specialist™ certified by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Mike has nearly 30 years of experience working with well over a thousand clients ranging from professional and Olympic athletes to fitness enthusiasts and individuals with a wide variety of limitations and health concerns. Mike helped Caily’s mom get mobile after an accident left her with only 20% strength in her right leg. He also helped her grandparents when mobility became an issue.

Mount Pakenham
Mount Pakenham is Ottawa & The Valley’s hometown hill. It’s been Caily’s favourite hill since she since she was 2.
Skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing are offered to the community along with ski/snowboard lessons (all ages & abilities), rental equipment and food & beverage in the Cafeteria and Lounge.
Events throughout the season include live local music, costume theme days, family scavenger hunts and more - please see website for daily winter updates.
